In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, KBH Corporation will, from time to time, make changes in the Contents and in the products or services described on this Site.


Orders will be placed through our certified, secure and encrypted shopping cart on our web site. By placing an order with KBH Corporation, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that KBH Corporation is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by KBH Corporation.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal and American Express. Most orders are shipped on the same day, depending on the time of day the order is placed. In the case of an order being placed over the weekend or holiday, the order will be placed on the next business day.

For accounts with pre-qualified payment terms when paying by check, please ensure that your customer number and invoice numbers are clearly listed to speed up processing and avoid possible errors. These terms will be determined based on overall credit history and financial ability to pay for all goods purchased. Please allow 10-15 business days for application processing. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on hold status until the amount over the limit is paid.

Delinquent Accounts

If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, further shipments may be placed on "hold" status until the past due amount is paid in full. NSF checks and stop payments will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. In the event of repeated delinquencies, and if we cannot otherwise resolve the matter to our satisfaction, your account may be placed in the hands of a collection agency or attorney for collection. In the event that your account is sent for collection, you will be obligated to pay the full balance of your account, plus interest thereon, together with all reasonable attorneys' fees, collection fees and related expenses incurred by KBH Corporation. The venue for all court hearings and litigation will be in Clarksdale, MS.

Sales Tax

Generally, tax laws impose state sales or use tax when someone purchases products or uses them in that state. Also, almost all counties and cities impose their own sales or use tax.

Based on current Mississippi law, KBH will collect State of Mississippi sales tax on all sales made within this state. If you are located in any other state, and make purchases from KBH, then local tax laws may require you to pay local sales or use tax directly to your county or city. Please consult your tax advisor or your local taxing agency as to your legal responsibilities.

KBH values all of its customers, and does not want any member to experience an unexpected tax liability.

Return Policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged upon delivery or is defective, we ask that you contact us immediately at jeffdreher@kbhequipment.com or call us at (800)-843-5241. We will take all the information regarding the problem and issue an RA to get the part or parts back to us for evaluation. Credit will be given for issues that are within the fault of KBH. Restocking fees may be applicable if there is no fault found after evaluation.

KBH Corporation may revise these terms of use by updating this posting. You agree that in the event any portions of these Site terms of use are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Site terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. By using this site you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms of use to which you are bound.
